Enrollment at Hill View is through a lottery process.  Children who are Massachusetts residents are eligible to attend HVM. Haverhill residents receive enrollment priority over students from other Massachusetts cities and towns.  Further, siblings of children currently attending HVM are given enrollment preference if they have participated in the school’s public lottery and a position is available.

The Hill View Montessori lottery process is managed by Lotterease.  Lotterease is an independent system and the school staff does not have the ability to manipulate or adjust the lottery outcome.  All activity that takes place with your application is tracked in a history log that you can view any time through logging into the parent portal (click on the seal or logo below to be directed to the site).  When you see the seal, you can be confident that your application will be included in the school lottery in a fair and transparent way.

The enrollment application period for the 2024-2025 school year is now closed. The application period for school year 2025-2026 will open from July 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025. *Please click on the Lotterease seal to register or the Lotterease logo for existing accounts enrollment.

 

The Enrollment Lottery for applicants for the 2024-2025 school year will take place on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 10:00 am. Applicants will receive email notifications and will be able to view their waitlist status through their Lotterease account immediately after the lottery is run.
