Hill View Montessori, a tuition-free, charter public school serving 306 students in Haverhill, MA since 2004, is seeking dedicated and mission-driven professionals to join our Board of Trustees.
We are currently recruiting board members with expertise in:

As a public Montessori charter school, Hill View Montessori is committed to nurturing independent, curious, and compassionate learners through authentic Montessori practices. Our Board of Trustees plays a critical role in ensuring strong governance, strategic direction, financial stewardship, and long-term sustainability.
About Board Service

Board members serve as volunteers and are responsible for:

Upholding the mission and vision of the school

Providing strategic oversight and governance

Ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability

Supporting the School Leadership

Fundraising
-
Participating in committee work aligned to expertise
The Board meets monthly throughout the school year, with additional committee meetings as needed.
